The Wisdoms of Paul Crisanti

Never ask youth about time

Never ask youth about time, as they are so often bored or impatient with it. No, ask one whose time is short. They will tell you the truth.
Yes, no one knows better the true value of time than those who have so little of it left. But, wait, can we ever know how much of it we are given or have left?
So, better, then, to make best use of it, as if it were short.
For, in fact, and in the end, it always is short,
so short,
too short.
