Borders and Other-Zones

What are these places, the zones and borders of our world? They are artificial, no matter what dimension or location we assign to them. These are the spaces either “ours” and “theirs” or more accurately those that are not ours. And, as important as “ours” is to us, it is their’s that we often find most desirable and yearn for.
